Below is a list of some of the services that can be provided to help make your Charity Walk a success. All events are customized for your specific needs.
- Plan & implement all logistics
- Secure bids from vendors to present to client and make recommendations
- Secure all permitting licensing and requirements – Staging, Food Vendors, Barricades, Resource Tent, Bleachers, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics including: parking, food, signage, supplies, tent setup, barricades, etc.
- Create Time & Action grid for committee
- Manage established time line and deadlines, and act as a conduit to the Executive Director
- Work with Charity staff on event planning logistics.
- Attend planning & committee meetings
- Record keeping
- Coordinate committee meeting to assist with various deadlines/timelines.
- Serve as liaison between the Executive Director and the various committees, potential sponsors and vendors.
- Support the fulfillment of corporate sponsors benefits based on levels of participation (i.e. tent location, food, banners, etc.).
- Provide recommendations for day of event entertainment.
- Assist with entertainment activity planning
- Book entertainers, i.e. band, face painting, costumed characters, etc.
- Coordinate/oversee: all walk details including setup/tear down, rentals, food, signage, supplies, etc.
- Oversee sponsors to ensure their benefits are secured
- Oversee vendors to ensure they provide setup, tear down, and take care of all Walk needs that pertain to them.
- Write script & timeline for day’s activities
- Provide wrap-up
